At ZeninTCG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
